After 90 minutes of play, the two teams were 1-1 and they went to the penalty shootout to decide the winner. As I watched the game I was scared and I didn’t know what to expect as both teams had been fighting to win this match. Geed on my tv screen I watched how the stadium was roaring with shouts as both teams were preparing to take the penalties.
After working so hard and faithful both teams deserved to win but unfortunately, they could only be one winner. Captain John Terry took the last penalty kick for Chelsea and I was so hurt and threw myself to the ground as he missed the kick. All Chelsea supporters felt the blow to the face because John Terry our captain was the most influential player trusted to lead the team to victory. After seeing Manchester being crowned the winner I thought to myself what would have happened if it was me in his shoes?
